Sales to businesses, final sale

Sold to businesses only. The product serves a business's invoicing and bookkeeping, so the buyer buys as a business (עוסק) from a business. The buyer confirms this at checkout and gives a business tax number.
A copyable digital product, delivered at once. On payment the buyer receives a licence key and an installer file that can be copied. A downloaded file cannot be returned.
A one-time, completed transaction. This is a one-time licence purchase for a self-installed product, not a subscription. The transaction is complete when the key and the download link are delivered.

Therefore every sale is final and non-refundable. The purchase is governed by these terms, which the buyer accepts before payment.
